For painting day this week, I told a story of the clear blue sky and shining yellow sun bringing springtime to the land and making everything new, fresh, and green again. Using only blue and yellow, Ethan was eager to being painting after the story. He was happy to tell us all about his painting including his own sun, blue water, and green grass. Audrey liked Ethan's painting so much, she decided to use his idea as inspiration for her own painting. Using our new discovery of how to make green with yellow and blue, we painted shamrocks for St. Patrick's Day too.

Our story of loving and learning at home...
"Let them be little, 'cause they're only that way for a while. Give them hope, give them praise, give them love every day. Let them cry, let them giggle; let them sleep in the middle, oh, let them be little."
