I could not wait to wet felt eggs this year. It was such fun! We wrapped colorful wool roving around these white eggs that I found at Hobby Lobby last year (not sure what they are made of, not plastic, not really wood either). We dipped them in hot soapy water and patted them gently like they were "little baby chicks". It was almost magical to see the felting process happen right in their own little hands. They turned out so pretty. I want to make some more!
