We love this poem:
God made my life a little light
Within this world to glow
A little flame that burneth bright
Wherever I may go.
Let Them Be Little |

"Let them be little, 'cause they're only that way for a while. Give them hope, give them praise, give them love every day. Let them cry, let them giggle; let them sleep in the middle, oh, let them be little."
- Written and Sung by Billy Dean
We like to celebrate Martinmas every year. It is a time to prepare for the colder, darker days of winter by remembering that we all have a light inside us, the love of Jesus, to shine in the darkness. We make horseshoe cookies and stained glass lanterns. At night we go on a lantern walk while we sing "This Little Light of Mine".
We love this poem: God made my life a little light Within this world to glow A little flame that burneth bright Wherever I may go.
